Steve Graham Resume 2021

With 35 years’ experience as a Producer & Director, Steve has worked with many leading artists and musicians, including: Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac), Snow Patrol, INXS, Eurythmics, Oasis, Rick Astley, Status Quo, Funeral For A Friend, The Orb, Manic Street Preachers, Killing Joke and many more. Initially working as a music video director represented by several of the world’s premier music video companies, including Oil Factory, Limelight, and Propaganda UK & US, directing over 200 music videos, TV commercials, EPK’s & Corporate Videos.

Steve has also directed many multi-camera live concert shoots inc: Snow Patrol, Killing Joke, Queenadreena, Reef, Status Quo, Chris Rea, Eurythmics, Gene, The Pretty Things featuring Pink Floyd’s Dave Gilmour. Steve also directed Fuji Rock Festival (2 x 1 hour TV Specials) for BBC featuring stunning live performances from the cream of a truly classy line up mixed with the flavour and feel of a unique festival. Featuring: Eminem, Oasis, Neil Young, The Manic Street Preachers, Travis, Stereophonics, New Order, Brian Eno, Stereo MC’s, Tricky, Alanis Morissette, System Of A Down, Mos Def, Echo And The Bunny Men, and many more. Screened on BBC and sold to TV world-wide.

His music documentaries include: Nirvana ‘Teen Spirit’ The Kurt Cobain Story (BBC, VH1 & TV worldwide) Producer Director. Fleetwood Mac ‘Man Of The World’ The Peter Green Story (currently running on BBC 4 & BBC iPlayer).


The film was also voted number 1 in the top 25 music documentaries of all time by the Telegraph newspaper

Steve has worked and written on many drama projects and has written the screenplay for the theatrical feature film The Mothers Of Mersey Beat based on a true story of the mother’s behind the Beatles. Like every birth, it started with the Mothers, three mums who nurtured and fought for their boy’s musical dreams: Julia Lennon, Vi Caldwell and Mona Best. Based on the untold true story of the birth of The Beatles.
