Steve Graham Resume 2016

With 20 years experience as a Film Director, Steve has worked with many leading artists and musicians, including Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac), Snow Patrol, INXS, Funeral For A Friend, The Orb, Manic Street Preachers, Killing Joke and many more.

Steve has directed over 100 music videos, working with several of the world’s premier music companies, including Oil Factory, Limelight, and Propaganda UK & US. After leaving Propaganda, Steve went onto direct TV commercials with Fat Fish Films while developing a keen interest in documentaries, which he has specialised in since 1994, all of which have sold to TV & Cable channels throughout the world, including the BBC.

Steve has made music documentaries on many premier artists inc: Nirvana ‘Teen Spirit’ The Kurt Cobain Story, Fleetwood Mac ‘Man Of The World’ The Peter Green Story. INXS – ‘The Loved One’ The Michael Hutchence Story. Steve also directed three episodes of the Classic Artist series on Yes, Cream & The Moody Blues and has just completed a documentary on the legendary L.A. rock venue The Whisky A-Go-Go. A Shot of Whisky featuring interviews and classic archive performance from a host of artists spanning 4 decades from Led Zeppelin to Janis Joplin, from the Doors to Guns n’Roses, from Blondie to the Roxy Music. To be screened in the US.

Steve has also directed many multi-camera live concert shoots inc: Snow Patrol, Killing Joke, Queenadreena, Reef, Status Quo, Chris Rea, Eurythmics, Gene, The Pretty Things featuring Pink Floyd’s Dave Gilmour. Steve also directed Fuji Rock Festival (2 x 1 hour TV Specials) for BBC featuring stunning live performances from the cream of a truly classy line up mixed with the flavor and feel of a unique festival. Featuring: Eminem, Oasis, Neil Young, The Manic Street Preachers, Travis, Stereophonics, New Order, Brian Eno, Stereo MC’s, Tricky, Alanis Moresette, System Of A Down, Mos Def, Echo And The Bunny Men, and many more. Screened on BBC and sold to TV world-wide.

Steve is also in production of the ‘John Tojeiro Story’ a documentary on the innovative 50’s & 60’s race car designer John Tojeiro. With his beautiful and classic race winning cars driven by Sir Jackie Stewart, John Surtees, Graham Hill & Jim Clarke. The film follows the building of a new Tojeiro car from one of John’s original chassis whilst relaying the story of John’s event filled life during the golden era of British motor sport.

Steve is currently in pre-production to direct the feature film ‘The Choice’ Produced by Chris Johnson & Alan McQueen through ‘The Thing Is Productions’.
